One of the few things that a quality management system will require a company to do that they probably did not do prior to Certification is Internal Audits. The skills required are not automatic and BS EN ISO 19011 lays down the guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing. All EQM auditors and consultants are trained to the full requirements of this standard.

Project Outline

From initial acceptance of our proposal, we would contact you to arrange the first visit. We would normally split your audit programme into equal sized portions and spread these out across the year. We can also carry out a full set of "implementation audits" prior to you assessment to ensure that the quality system is being fully utilized.
