Security Screening
EQM Ltd has considerable experience of NSI/SSAIB and ACPO requirements. However, there are three main reasons companies want to outsource their security screening. The first is to mitigate their screening liability. Our Professional Indemnity Insurance covers us (and you) for work of this type. We cover security screening, security personal screening, employment screening, management screening and much more. We have clients From all over the UK and local surrounding areas such as Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Sussex, Surrey and many more, who are currently directly involved with this service.
Second is compliance to the standard. In the last 5
years EQM Ltd has screened over 1700 new applicants to BS 7858 for employment within the security industry. Many of these have been independently assessed by one of the security industry's regulatory bodies and found to be fully compliant to BS 7858:2006.

How To use Our Screening Service
Go to the downloads area to download all the relevant documents you need. We have included a lot of other "nice to know" information there, but as a minimum, we need a Screening Order Form from you with a signed Letter of Authority
and the Applicant's employment and character reference details (we
have provided you with a
Screening Information Form. If your own forms comply fully then
we can accept those as well but we do need to check them first).
These documents can be faxed, emailed or posted to us. The payment can be by cheque, direct transfer or BACS payment. Call 023 8044 0866 for our bank details.
EQM Ltd - Compliance Made Easy
Security Screening is simple in theory but can be very difficult in practice. The easy solution is to get our highly skilled Screening Department personnel to carry out the screening for you. Simply download the Security Screening Order Form and a Letter of Authority. Open the file and tab through it, filling in the fields as required. You can do similarly to make the Application for Employment form your own. After the Application for Employment form has been completed by the Applicant, send it with the relevant Security Screening Order Form and the Letter of Authority to the address shown on the Order Form. We will take it from there and you can get on with whatever you want in the knowledge that the Security Screening is being done quietly, behind the scenes, with no further input from you. We will invoice you on completion.
