Many clients have minor
problems (challenges as we like to call them) that are caused by
information being moved or deleted on their computers. Over the
years this has been a negative because clients perceive that it is a
failing of EQM Ltd if the information provided by EQM Ltd is not
where it is supposed to be or if the software provided no longer
works as it should.
We have looked at many
solutions for this challenge and believe that the latest generation of
"invite only" support software is exactly what is needed. After much
searching and trialing, (we even started down the road of developing our
own software for the job) we eventually found "Team Viewer". The main

To
start a support session, call EQM Ltd on 023 8044 0866 requesting an
online support session. If the correct personnel are available the
support session can be started there and then. If not, the details of
your request will be taken and an appointment will be set up for the
correct person to call you back.
