Andrew Galloway is the
Chairman and Sales Consultant of EQM. He spent 12-years in the Royal Navy as an electronics maintainer leaving with the rate of Chief Petty Officer. On leaving the RN he became an NSI Inspector, leaving in 1994. Andy is skilled in all aspects of light and heavy engineering. He set up the consultancy business so that clients could be provided with a service that would prioritize their needs and put Customer Service at the forefront of the business. One example of how this philosophy is turned into a day-to-reality is that no project is signed off until the agreed Measurable Outputs are completed |

Andy is doubly trained as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor taking his
first course in 1992 and upgrading with another full Lead
Auditor course for the 2000 standard. Andy is also trained as an
EMS Internal Auditor and fully qualified as a Lead Auditor for
OH&S 18001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management. |

Jon Ginda
is the Managing Director and came to EQM from a Quality Manager's
position in a software and electronics company. He was Quality
Manager for 20 years and assisted that company in achieving many
accreditations, both technical and for their management systems.
Jon is a fully qualified and highly experienced Quality Lead Auditor,
a trained Environmental Management Systems Auditor
and is qualified and highly experienced as NEBOSH Certificated
Consultant for Health and Safety at
Work. |

Jon carries out projects involving any of these
disciplines or a combination of any of them within client's
integrated systems. Jon provides services to many clients as a
part-time Quality Manager, part-time Health and Safety Manager
or as a part-time Environmental Manager. Jon is
responsible for the production of all new Quality Management
Systems, all new Occupational Health and Safety Management
systems and for integrating the requirements of OH&S 18001 into
existing Quality, Environmental and Information Security
Management Systems. |

Rowena Galloway is the Office Manager overseeing all administration functions and Rowena also oversees the Screening Department. She has a wealth of knowledge in the security industry and, in particular, in the requirements of BS7858. Rowena is skilled at tracking down previous employers, character referees and schools and colleges so that screening deadlines can be met. She is also available to offer advice and guidance on the use of the standard.
A doubly qualified nurse, Rowena has helped a large number of people with personal counselling and developing effective personal empowerment strategies.

Lee Slater is the Security Screening Controller. Lee has been successfully carrying out Security Screening since 2004 and has a wealth of knowledge in the world of Security Screening. He always meets deadlines and never lets a file go overdue. He will make sure that all gaps and referees are chased up and he never gives up until he receives the information required.
Lee is also a CRB Countersignatory and is responsible for
ensuring the smooth processing of CRB Disclosure Applications
and Disclosure Scotland Applications. |
Lee is good at keeping our clients up to date with regular progress reports as to the progression of their screenings. Lee
also takes great personal pride in ensuring that our clients receive an excellent screening service. |

Ruth Jenkins joined EQM Ltd with a background in quality management gained in various public sector organizations. Ruth has trained as ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor, has experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and assisting organizations in maintaining compliance by managing and conducting internal audit programmes.
Ruth is consistently increasing her skills base with her recent
migration into the Environmental Management and Inform-ation
Security fields, both for auditing and the production of
management systems.

Ruth is also responsible for the CAMA TSA Codes of Practice projects.
Ruth’s approach to these accreditation projects and her
in-depth knowledge of the mechanisms by which compliance can be
obtained, coupled with his attention to detail in all phases of
the project, will ensure that certification to the TSA Codes of
Practice will be achieved at the first attempt. This is just as
true if the project is for certification to Parts 1, 2 and 3 or
just for one or two of the Codes of Practice.
Ruth is also the company's "Dolphin Software" guru and first
line of troubleshooting for our clients' paperless
management systems. She is also driving the ISO 9001
registration initiative, developing a paperless management
system using our own Dolphin
Intelligent Software. |

Paul Christopher is rapidly
moving into the role originally created by Andy Galloway. He is
becoming an expert on the technical and quality system
requirements for companies operating in and around the British
security industry. Paul has a wealth of
engineering and health and safety knowledge as well as a good
grounding in Quality Management Systems, having been a Quality
Manager for a manufacturing company for 10 years. Paul is also
valued for his Chain of Custody experience, assisting companies
working with forestry or marine products achieve compliance with
the current legislation and encompassing that compliance within
the client's management system. |

Previously in
the RAF, Paul is a valuable member of the EQM Ltd team, helping
clients translate the requirements of many regulatory and
technical standards into working practices and document control
systems. |
